As we are wrapping up the year 2018, we'd like to express our gratitude to our clients, friends and fitness family. Jim and I are very grateful for each and everyone of you for your participation on events, work-out sessions, trainings, epic adventures and so much more! Okanagan Named Number One Wine Destination in World: Huffington Post
We’ve long been known for our wine and now the Okanagan has been named as a Top Wine Destination in the World.
The Huffington Post named the region as the number one place to enjoy wine, but really how could we not win with scenic vineyard views and exceptional wines.
This year we will again be cycling to vineyards in Oliver, BC, Wine Capital of Canada, enjoying beautiful views and tasting some of Canada's best wines.
This year we will be cycling along the world famous Kettle Valley Railway from Naramata to Chute Lake, experiencing tunnels, rock ovens and breath taking views of Okanagan Lake.
Treena always shows up with a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
Treena also won the 2017 Weight Loss Challenge, proving that with persistence and consistency you will succeed.
Treena keeps her family active, with her husband being an avid cyclist and her two boys participating in many sports including the Polar Bear Swim.
Treena received a small gift for being our Athlete of the Month.

Cari received a small gift for being our Athlete of the Month
Your week-end will be jammed pack with events. Each day will be planned out with activities for everyone to enjoy, regardless of your fitness level. There may be some new activities you haven't tried or everything may be old hat to you. Regardless, you will have fun and burn calories we promise! Events will include a bike tour of local wineries, including the 2 that were rated the Top 2 Wineries of the Year: Cassini Cellars and Church and State Wines. Some other activities may include water sports, trail running, golf, tennis, yoga, and circuit training.
New this year will be a trip up to Mount Baldy for some training with beautiful views. Also, we will have Luke Goldman, Jr. Chef extraodinaire who will be sharing his culinary geniuses with us.

Janice is an accomplished runner and triathlete. Jim has coached Janice at her last Ironman in Colorado, helping to improve her overall time by more than 20min! She is very consistent and dedicated, proving this at her first 50 mile race in Whistler this year, where her splits for each 20km loop were within seconds of each other.
Janice also encourages her family to be active and healthy being a great role model for her daughters.
