Training Schedule Calendar

We recognize that everyone has different needs so we’ve created flexible solutions to help meet your life’s busy schedule. On this page you can see our Training Calendar Schedule to view availability and a Schedule Form to schedule your preferred training time(s). We will also share 3 of our training sessions for your exercise experience. 

training rates & Payment OPTIONS

All our training packages and rates are listed below. We recognize that everyone has different needs so we’ve created a few options for payment.

Here are the options to pay for your training;
  1. eTransfer your payment to train@freestylefitnessbc.com when it's due every 3 or 6 mths.
  2. Pay with credit card at Freestyle Fitness Gym +3.5% transaction fee.
  3. Cheque or Cash +3% transaction fee 

2-person training packages

2 people train together with one trainer. Times set to suit availability of both clients and trainer. Training designed specifically to meet the client’s needs. 24hrs advance notice required to reschedule. Pricing per person. One-time or occasional training sessions available at a rate of $28 per session.
Includes 5% GST

pay every 3 mths.

  • 1 Session a week 365.40$
  • 2 Sessions a week 718.20$
  • ​3 or 4 Sessions a week 1058.40$

PAY EVERY 6 MTHS.

  • 1 Session a week 693$
  • 2 Sessions a week 1360.80$
  • ​3 or 4 Sessions a week 2003.40$

personal training packages

One on one training. Times set to suit availability. Training designed specifically to meet the client's needs. 24hrs advance notice required to reschedule One-time or occasional training sessions available at a rate of $60 per session.

performance training teenage athletes​

Training designed specifically to enhance young athletes' performance, correct instabilities and develop speed, agility and strength.
​Times and locations based on availability. Flexible scheduling. 
​One on One training | 5 sessions 131.25$ includes gst
Small Group Training 
| 5 sessions 78.75$ includes gst

team training​

10 people max. Training designed specifically to meet your goals and sport requirements. Times and locations based on availability.
Cost & numbers can be prorated for academies, ​camps or special request.
​$577.50 includes gst | 5x60 min sessions

Training & Procedures

Clients:
Personal Training: 
Designed to meet your specific needs.

Small Group Training:
Train in a group setting 2-4 people.

High Performance Training: Challenge yourself to meet your athletic goals. Appointments adjusted to suit your schedule..
Sports Team Training: 
6 x 75 minute with a coach or manager active on the field, track, or gym floor. *Teams must prebook a location with the City of Coquitlam.

Endurance Training Clients: 
​Training for a half marathon, marathon, triathlon, or Ironman distance event?

FREESTYLE GROUP TRAINING

Not quite sure what to do or don’t like training on your own? Our signature Group Training session is designed and led by expert trainers for people who prefer the social supports of a group training. We do all the thinking so you don’t have to. Simply show up ready to work and always expect the unexpected.  The group is always there to push you on days when you’ld rather be on the couch.

FREE ME TRAINING

Need a little bit more guidance and motivation? This option is for those seeking one on one coaching for their fitness programming. Perhaps you are aiming for a specific personal goal and are on a time line to achieve it. Personal training is a great way to tailor your fitness program by having one of our expert coaches work along side all the way.

ENDURANCE COACHING

We believe that challenge is the key to growth. We pride ourselves on developing a community of unity and comradery. Event and destination training takes the focus off the scale, places it on what you want to do, where you want to go and who you want to be. In the process, we build lifelong friendships and memories by sharing common goals and experiences. We ask the question: “what is the one thing you have always wanted to do but never believed you could?” – We will help you get there.
