We will also share 3 of our training sessions for your exercise experience.

- Pay with credit card at Freestyle Fitness Gym +3.5% transaction fee.
- Cheque or Cash +3% transaction fee
2-person training packages
2 people train together with one trainer. Times set to suit availability of both clients and trainer. Training designed specifically to meet the client’s needs. 24hrs advance notice required to reschedule. Pricing per person. One-time or occasional training sessions available at a rate of $60 per session.

Personal Training: Designed to meet your specific needs. Small Group Training: Train in a group setting 2-4 people. High Performance Training: Challenge yourself to meet your athletic goals. Appointments adjusted to suit your schedule.. |
Sports Team Training:
6 x 75 minute with a coach or manager active on the field, track, or gym floor. *Teams must prebook a location with the City of Coquitlam. Endurance Training Clients: Training for a half marathon, marathon, triathlon, or Ironman distance event? Contact us for a FREE consultation. |

FREESTYLE GROUP TRAININGNot quite sure what to do or don’t like training on your own? Our signature Group Training session is designed and led by expert trainers for people who prefer the social supports of a group training. We do all the thinking so you don’t have to. Simply show up ready to work and always expect the unexpected. The group is always there to push you on days when you’ld rather be on the couch.

FREE ME TRAININGNeed a little bit more guidance and motivation? This option is for those seeking one on one coaching for their fitness programming. Perhaps you are aiming for a specific personal goal and are on a time line to achieve it. Personal training is a great way to tailor your fitness program by having one of our expert coaches work along side all the way.

ENDURANCE COACHINGWe believe that challenge is the key to growth. We pride ourselves on developing a community of unity and comradery. Event and destination training takes the focus off the scale, places it on what you want to do, where you want to go and who you want to be. In the process, we build lifelong friendships and memories by sharing common goals and experiences. We ask the question: “what is the one thing you have always wanted to do but never believed you could?” – We will help you get there.
