Treena has been training with us for 3 years, and supplements her sessions by skiing and cycling with her family as well as training at the local recreation facility. Treena has been making great strides in her strength training, improving in her body weight exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups.
Treena always shows up with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Treena also won the 2017 Weight Loss Challenge, proving that with persistence and consistency you will succeed. Treena keeps her family active, with her husband being an avid cyclist and her two boys participating in many sports including the Polar Bear Swim. Treena received a small gift for being our Athlete of the Month. Keep up the good work!
