• Discretion guaranteed. No photos required, no online posts, no outside discussions about your eating, drinking, exercise habits
• Focus on healthy eating, drinking and exercise habits 
• Based on losing 1-2lbs per week​

Follows the Canada Food Guide and Precision Nutrition

• No fad diets, no drastic changes to your regular habits
• Moderation is the key when it come to alcohol, treats, and patio food. You will not have to 'give up' anything, it's about balance​

​No purchase necessary - no pills, powders, or liquids

• You weigh yourself - preferably on a scale that also measures your water and body fat
• You provide me with your daily food and drink consumption, and exercise
• I provide you a weekly review of your entries, including nutrition and exercise suggestions
• We start at the base of the pyramid - recording diet and water consumption, then work up to daily food requirements
