KM: Goal:  Lose 10 pounds. (Lost -4.2lbs)
... Do pull ups on level 10. Goal achieved if not surpassed. ...Once I fixed my form I noticed a substantial improvement.
Learned:
  • ...it is harder to lose weight than I thought!
Moving forward:
  • I have started running an extra day a week and will monitor my eating going forwards.
MM: Goal: 2 pull-ups.
Learned:
  • ... negative pull-ups really help to improve my performance.
Moving forward:
  • ...My goal is to be able to do 2 pull-ups with my chin reaching the bar.  .

I have included my video from tonight :))
KM: Goal: 1 full push up. I was really struggling with push ups and wanted to improve on them. Now I can do more push ups in workouts in harder positions not yet full push ups but close.
Learned: ...when you work hard for a goal you get results although I've also learned that those results can take awhile to show themselves.
Moving forward: I'm going to keep challenging myself by thinking of that feeling of accomplishment that I got from when I did my first and only full push up. I want to feel that again and again when I surpass my goal when I can do 10 full push ups.
EC: Goal: Weight loss and fitting into jeans. ...my weight had gone down in the beginning but has been the same now for a think a month . I feel more toned and in shape and my jeans fit!... By the way I am wearing my great cargo pants today
Learned: ...having the challenge has made a positive difference on how I feel, eat and of course the amount if water I drink .
Moving forward: I will continue with my sit-ups and cardio and persevere to get those arms and back toned !

DM: (injured in the first part of the Challenge)
Goal: Weight loss. (-4.4lbs from start, but -8.2lbs from heaviest after injury) I am super happy with where I am at and have been consistently on track with losing weight... just much slower now.
<2hrs Half Marathon. ...maybe towards the end of this year.
Learned: ...in order for me to stay on track I need to log my food daily. I have been more focused eating a balanced diet filled with good fats, protein and carbs.
Moving forward: ...stay on track and monitor my food intake and look forward to getting back to regularly working out! Thanks for the tips and guidance. I like being held accountable through a check in.
TH: Goal: Weight loss. (-9lbs)
Learned: ...interval training is excellent for shaving off some extra weight and will continue doing lots of that.
Moving forward: I intend to keep eating clean and continue to work out.
Thanks for all your help Chris!!

TR: Goal: Weight loss. I am 4 pounds lower than what I was at the beginning of the challenge.
Learned: ...eating cleanly and moving the body certainly does make it feel better and that is what matters the most. As you know, I have been awe inspired by (my son) and his outlook on healthy eating.
Moving forward: I am going to keep challenging myself by finding cleaner recipes, trying not to eat between meals, helping a gal at work and having (my son) as an example. The 3 of us have signed up for the Sun Run and I know that it will be more challenging for me this year.  At the same time, I won’t give up as it is about finishing the race.
DH: Goal: Weight loss, gain muscle strength, and  improve running speed and endurance.... Fitness Test at work: Fitness level for age group is great. Thanks to the Winter family
Learned: ...goals in conflict with each other can be a momentum killer
Moving forward: Focus on weight training...I'm already happy with the quick results.
